all in all, it is handy base for staying in stromness. the location is excellent if you want to access pier arts centre, located not very far from the property. it's just off the harbour and the pier arts centre.

The bed was good here. The bathroom with a bath/shower was a bonus. We loved that it had marvellous and good location close to everything...

A wonderful base for sightseeing in Stromness. Great setting, just off beautiful Stromness, the Scrabster/Stromness ferry and the Pier arts centre.

I recently stayed at Scapa Breakwater in Stromness for a short trip. The apartment was incredibly quiet, thanks to the soundproof rooms. The kitchen and lounge area were very nice, with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, being centrally located and just a 2-minute walk from the ferry. Deborah, the owner, was lovely and easy to reach. The apartment had a washing machine, which was very convenient. it felt like a home away from home.
I highly recommend this hotel.
